Ingredients: Ethanolic Extracts of Bugleweed, Coleus Forskohlii, Gotu Cola, Nettle, Skullcap, Valerian, Yarrow.
Dosage: Adults & Children over 12yrs: Take 15 drops, Children under 12 yrs: Take 5-8 drops, Infants: Take 2-4 drops (in hot water). To be taken under the tongue for 3 minutes, 3 times per day.
